Ice lolly with coconut water, kiwi and blueberry

A warm summer day, you have to try this! It’s simple, healthy and ice cold. 😉 You are going to love it a hot summer day, your kids are going to love it and there is absolutely no added sugar. It’s just frozen coconut water with different fruits depending on what taste you prefer. I made one blueberry and one kiwi flavored lolly and they are both so good.

Ingredients (6 lollies):

  • 20 oz coconut water
  • 1-2 kiwis
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • ice cream mould and sticks

Make sure your ice cream mould is clean. Fill 2/3 of each hole with coconut water. Wash the blueberries and cut some of the them in half and let the rest stay whole. Peel the kiwis and cut in slices or smaller pieces. Place the fruits in the coconut water. Let the mould stay in the freezer until the coconut water is frozen.

Ready to eat Рsmaklig m̴ltid!
