Gluten free crispbread

I love crispbread and I have many different recipes. Here you find one. This time I share a gluten free crispbread recipe with you which I just love. I can eat it as it is or together with butter and a slice cheese or like here, some avocado. So easy to bake. Try it today!

Ingredients (10-15 crispbreads):

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup corn flour
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp flaked sea salt

Pre heat the oven to 275ºF.

Pour the water into a saucepan and heat to boiling temperature. Take the saucepan from the heat. Use a bowl and add corn flour, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and sesame oil and mix together. Pour the hot water over the mixture and mix until you have a dough. Divide the dough in two. Place each dough in between two parchment papers and roll out to a thin rectangle with a rolling pin. Sprinkle flaked sea salt over the crispbreads. Place the thin crispbreads on oven trays and bake in the oven for approximately 60 minutes.
