I normally have a lot of different nuts and seeds at home so I always can experimente with my breakfast. I have given you a granola recipe, and this is a “all natural” version. Here I have just mixed my favorite seeds, nuts and flakes and add some fresh (or frozen) berries. Typical Scandinavian breakfast! Replace the yoghurt with oat milk if you prefer lactose free breakfasts.
Ingredients (10 portions):
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 3 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp raw almonds
- blackberries, ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and place them in a jar with lid. Can be kept in a dry place with lid on for months.
